We're looking for you if

You speak English at a conversational level
You produce accurate and high-quality work
You have strong communication skills
You are familiar with image editing software (e.g., Canva) and enjoy creating visual content

Tasks

HR & Finance

Active involvement in HR administration (hiring and termination)
Tracking attendance sheets and leave requests
Organizing team-building programs
Active involvement in financial administration (data entry)

Reservation

Responding to incoming individual inquiries within 24 hours
Handling telephone inquiries on an ongoing basis
Accurately recording and confirming room reservations
Monitoring availability

Sales & Marketing

Active participation in administrative tasks
Planning and organizing events
Organizing home viewings
Assisting with the creation of marketing materials

F&B

Welcoming and greeting guests
Serving food and beverages
Keeping the work area clean
Assisting with the organization of events
Liaising with other hotel departments

Housekeeping

Checking the cleanliness of guest areas and rooms
Assisting the supervisor
Performing administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with standards

Front Office

Receiving guests, check-in and check-out
Handling guest complaints
Coordinating with other departments
Handling phone calls and emails
